The United States is no longer the great country it used to be. Our forefathers founded this country on principles (such as democracy), most of which we no longer uphold. Instead, our government uses propaganda through their corporate media buddies to brainwash the citizens to make them believe absolute lies. If you repeat a lie enough times, people will start believing it. And, sadly, it has worked. This government no longer supports citizens but corporations; our basic rights have been violated and the Constitution has been completely obliterated. This society is slowly, but surely, becoming fascist. If people do not open their eyes and act now, it will not be long before we are under complete mind-control.
Orwell really was only 20 years off...
